Registration Process
1. Online Registration.
The first step in the registration process is to complete the online registration form.
Link provided bellow.
2. Set Up Appointment.
Once you complete the registration form, you will receive an email with the link to set up an appointment to complete your registration.
3. Complete Registration.
The day you attend your appointment, you will complete the registration by bringing in the required documentation and covering the fee.
Once your registration is complete, you will be provided with important information about the program and your schedule of attendance.

El día de su cita, deberá completar la inscripción presentando la documentación requerida y cubriendo el costo.
Una vez completada la inscripción, recibirá información importante sobre el programa y su horario de asistencia.

First Holy Communion
The Sacrament of the Eucharist is usually received at the age of 9.
Our First Holy Communion Program is arranged in a 2 year period and it begins when the child is in 2nd grade in school.
Information and requirements to receive the Sacrament
All documents need to be presented at the time of registration in order for the process to be completed and the candidate be registered for the program.

Primera Comunión
El sacramento de la Eucaristía generalmente se recibe a la edad de 9.
Nuestro programa de preparación para la Primera Comunión se organiza en un período de 2 años y comienza cuando el niño cursa el 2do. grado escolar.

Si no está bautizado(a), favor de inscribirse para el programa de OICA.

The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults
is a program to prepare all individuals that are over the age of 7 and that have not received the sacrament of Baptism.
The program is arranged in a year and the candidates usually receive the sacraments of initiation at the Easter Vigil.
Information and requirements to receive the Sacrament
Upon registration each candidate will be scheduled for an initial interview with the Religious Formation Team or the pastor, to assess the individual needs and clarify the path that needs to be taken in order to receive the sacrament.
If the candidate is in a marital relationship or married civilly, the pastoral team will guide them through the process to ensure the proper preparation takes place.

El Rito de Iniciación Cristiana para Adultos es un programa que prepara a todas las personas mayores de 7 años que no hayan recibido el sacramento del Bautismo.
El programa tiene una duración de un año y los candidatos suelen recibir los sacramentos de iniciación durante la Vigilia Pascual.
Información y requisitos para recibir el sacramento
Al inscribirse, cada candidato tendrá una entrevista inicial con el Equipo de Formación Religiosa o el párroco para evaluar sus necesidades individuales y aclarar el camino a seguir para recibir el sacramento.
Si el candidato está en una relación marital o casado por lo civil, el equipo pastoral lo guiará en el proceso para garantizar una preparación adecuada.

Certificado de nacimiento emitido por el estado (original)
Teen Confirmation Program 14-17 years old.

Programa de Confirmación para Jovenes 14 -17 años de edad.
El sacramento de la Confirmación generalmente se recibe a la edad de 16.
Nuestro programa de preparación para recibir la Confirmación se organiza en un periodo de 2 años y comienza cuando el candidato cursa el noveno (9) grado de preparatoria.
Información y requisitos para recibir el sacramento.

Adult Confirmation Program
The Adult Confirmation Program if for all candidates who are 18 years of age and older.
Our preparation program for adults to receive the sacrament of confirmation is arranged into a 6 month period. Candidates usually receive the sacrament on the Solemnity of Pentecost and the Solemnity of Christ the King of the Universe.

El Programa de Confirmación es para Adultos mayores de 18 años de edad.
Nuestro programa de preparación para adultos que recibirán el sacramento de la Confirmación tiene una duración de 6 meses. Los candidatos suelen recibir el sacramento en la Solemnidad de Pentecostés y la Solemnidad de Cristo Rey del Universo.

The Special Needs Religious Education Program prepares our brothers and sisters with different needs to receive the sacraments.
Information and requirements to receive the Sacrament
Since each Special Needs case is different an assessment will be made in order to determine the best plan of action to assist the candidate receive the sacraments. Please contact the office or religious formation for more information.

El Programa de Educación Religiosa para Necesidades Especiales prepara a nuestros hermanos y hermanas con diferentes necesidades para recibir los sacramentos.
Información y requisitos para recibir el sacramento
Dado que cada caso de Necesidades Especiales es diferente, se realizará una evaluación para determinar el mejor plan de acción para ayudar al candidato a recibir los sacramentos. Para más información, comuníquese con la oficina o con el departamento de formación religiosa.
